This is a small development of 24 apartments in four separate blocks being built in phases over the next 18 months or so by a small builder. The first block of six 2-bedroom flats were completed in October 2017. Phase 2 (andother six 2-bedroom flats) has just completed and all properties have new tenants lined up to move in. This is a Cruden Estates Limited development in the Parkhead area of Glasgow. LAR have concluded a deal with Cruden for the construction of 64, two-bed flats in two phases, with the first 32 properties anticipated to be ready in early Summer 2019 and phase two in Autumn 2019.

Planning permission has been granted and work will shortly commence to convert the former office premises into 47 properties made up of 18 one-bed, 27 two-bed and 2 three-bed flats.
