Petendreia Court

This is a small development of 24 apartments in four separate blocks being built in phases over the next 18 months or so by a small builder.  The first block of six 2-bedroom flats were completed in October 2017. It is anticipated that Phase 2 (andother six 2-bedroom flats) will be ready for tenants in around May 2018. The properties will come with all white goods, carpets/laminate and window coverings. Cala are in the process of building nine flats for LAR at their Balgownie, Bridge of Don development.  It is anticipated that these three 1-bed and six 2-bed apartments will be ready in or around October 2018.



The Boatyard

This is LAR's first design and build development where we are presently building four 1-bed and twenty-two 2-bed flats in the beautiful setting of the Old Harbour. Our builders, Hart, are on track for construction being completed in summer 2018.


Old Craighall

Housebuilders Cruden Homes (East) Limited will be constructing 12 cottage flats for LAR at Old Craighall Road (4 one-bed and 8 two-bed) scheduled for completion in late 2019. Watch our website/Facebook page for progress reports.


Helenvale Street

This is a Cruden Estates Limited development in the Parkhead area of Glasgow. LAR have concluded a deal with Cruden for the construction of 64, two-bed flats in two phases, with the first 32 properties anticipated to be ready in early Summer 2019 and phase two in Autumn 2019. 


Westwood House, Gorgie Road

This is LAR's first venture into converting former commercial premises into residential. Planning permission has been granted and work will shortly commence to convert the former office premises into 47 properties made up of 18 one-bed, 27 two-bed and 2 three-bed flats. Whilst LAR have several developments in Mid and East Lothian, this will be LAR's first development in Edinburgh. It is hoped to have the first properties ready for tenants by Mid-Summer 2019. This is a Creif Fordell Investments development in an ideal location 2 miles from Dalkeith High Street, 4 miles to the city bypass and less than 10 miles to Edinburgh city centre. LAR have concluded a deal for the construction of 24 two-bed flats in two phases with the first 12 properties anticipated to be ready in summer 2019.
