Building work at LAR's first design and build development of 26 flats at The Boatyard, Cockenzie has just completed and the first tenants have moved in with the rest lined up to move in very shortly. The fully let signs are up already with all 26 flats having been snapped up. The Scottish Government Housing Minister, Kevin Stewart, attended on 2 October 2018 to officially open the impressive development.
